Tiesiogiai takes place in my childhood village where eight people live deep

in the forests of Lithuania. It presents a moment of transition as energy starts

to slowly accumulate while accelerating movements lighten up in the darkness.

The pace increases: the tension grows, sparking insects move faster and faster

as the play of light and shadow intensifies. The character starts performing

an almost ritualistic, cathartic dance under the flickering moonlight, continuing

his everyday fight with his own demons and the darkness.
